At first I couldn't recognize what this monument is going to show. But after a few minutes looking at it, I found it. It seems there are three piegons or butterflies (or any other bird) are rounding around a tulip. Its designer did the best I think. It's a small and simple monument but with lots of meanings. You see, all parts of the monument, birds and flowers, are connected to each other, but they looks like there are not (see the first photo).
