This beautiful colorful building is going to be the central library of Mashhad. I don't know the name its architecture but he/she might make the best of his/her work. The small random located windows, three colors of red, green and blue which change into each other smoothly in the height make this building really attractive. It deserves to be the central library. It will possibly attract so many readers.
